Folks could use a little help / advice and I already feel like a dufus.
I haven't used my smoker in a couple of months and opened it up to find a bunch of mold in it.
While I would bet my last nickel I cleaned it after last use, maybe I didn't.
This may be a noob question but how do I clean...
On the "2" part, you are supposed to wrap you ribs in foil, has anyone put them in a foil pan covered with foil?
Would that work?
This may be a dumb question, but this is my first go at ribs.
