    Got this butt done for someone else this 4th of July now to get ready for work :( Smoked it with hickory and bourbon barrel pellets. Taste great i stole a sandwich out of it shhhhhh

    smoked a butt

    i put this but on about 12 last night and took her off about 10:30 this morning i got some before and after shots here before after injected it with only apple juiced. I smoked it at 250 3 hours uncovered got up and foiled it after 3 hours. Smoked it with some hickory turned out great.

    New guy here from ky my hobbies are fishing hunting playing softball and cooking. I have recently got a new char grilled trio. Cooked my first fattie and chicken Breast tonight.
