Made a few mods to my Char-Griller and decided to use a couple a heavy-duty cookie sheets to even out the temps today. Worked like a charm.

Two racks of pork ribs the fridge I rubbed with Magic Dust last night.
Also planning to debone two whole chickens and stuff them with ham, provolone, spinach, mushrooms, onion and a little apple and top with bacon.
Rest of the bacon will be used for ABTs.
Friends coming over tonight for dinner and we're doing souvlaki on the grill as well as Greek salad and roasted potatoes.
Bought a whack of pork tenderloin chops at Costco awhile back and before I could repackage them, my son fired them in the freezer.
