    Monster Brisket !!

    Just my 2nd Brisket but first on my new smoker ( build thread under "other builds" called the "one tom monster) ... I have 22 of them to do for a friends company picnic next week so this is "practice". It's been on for 8 hours now. The pic was taken at about 3 hours in. More pics to come...

    Hi Ya'll !   I thought I would share some pics of my build. I've done a little smoking and figured out that I needed something a little bigger. About that time I was lucky enough to run across two and a half sheets of 3/8" plate steel for just a hundy bucks. I had some other 1/4" steel on hand...
