    3-2-1; What a great way to smoke ribs

    I'm a new member and I just tried the "3-2-1" method of  smoking ribs.  Best ribs I've ever made.  Followed the guidelines and am now pleasantly stuffed.  Can't wait for leftovers.   Thanks for sharing an awesome tip.

    Transplanted Texan in Georgia

    Just joined the forum.  Like everyone else, I've been doing this for years but I finally got my dad's smoker refurbished and ready to roll.  Looking forward to learning how to make brisket and ribs just like he did.
