    First batch with the new smoker. QUEVIEW

    Came out pretty good! Did 185 for 5 hours with an eye of round. Need to tweak the seasoning a bit! Needs more Chimayo Chile powder!

       Well I did 2 brisket's last night and they came out okay for a first time with a new unit. I had a flat and a small packer that weight about 7lbs each.
