after rub and marinate, just put it in the smoker
i used a mixture of apple and cherry chips for smoke
after two hrs of smoke
had great TBS the whole time
after about 4hrs looking good enough to...
Hi everyone i have jerky it in my oven before but i was thinking of trying it in my brinkmann vertical smoker. Has anyone ever gone that route. any ideas thanks

Hey everyone just wondering if anyone ever did a whole veal and has any thoughts. I'm not doing it for awhile just asking around and I'm not sure if I should quarter it or just half it.

Hi everyone Jud here i just joined SMF and new to true BBQ. I also just bought my first smoker and have used it two times and ready for more good food to come out of it. Here r some pics of my smoker i bought. It looks a little rough on the outside but the inside is what counts.
