    SMOKED PICKERAL (it's been a fishy weekend lol) Q-VIEW

    I started with fresh pickeral sprinkled with salt and pepper and laid lemon slices on top then squeezed lemon juice on top into the smoker with alder wood at 190 for 2.5 hrs pulled when they just started to flake I wish you could smell that mmm it turned out great smells even better...

    so I decided since I already started salmon this weekend I grabbed the smoked salmon recipe from bearcarver who is my new hero lol. and here it is out of the brine after six hrs now in the fridge will ad more tomorrow but looks good I think for my first smoked salmon
