So it begins with fresh peppers,mushrooms,onions, round steak,sauce and of course hot italian sausage and seasoning
then the work begins sliced veggies,steak,sausage
then browned sausage and steak in olive oil
then mix in the veggies

I started with fresh pickeral sprinkled with salt and pepper and laid lemon slices on top then squeezed lemon juice on top
into the smoker with alder wood at 190 for 2.5 hrs pulled when they just started to flake I wish you could smell that mmm
it turned out great smells even better...
so I decided since I already started salmon this weekend I grabbed the smoked salmon recipe from bearcarver who is my new hero lol. and here it is out of the brine after six hrs now in the fridge
will ad more tomorrow but looks good I think for my first smoked salmon
Has any one here made candied salmon it is big here in Canada I want to try it hoping for some advice if not just gotta try it and hope it works lol, soooo here's hoping someones done this before I have a recipe. Thanks all
