too much smoke
How much smoke is too much smoke..My first batch of ribs turned out great using a combo of apple and hickory chips. new to smoking
Did some ribs last weekend and they turned out great. I used a mix of hickory and apple chips. I have a large supply of cherry wood. Is it good to smoke with it?
