    Vertical Smoker Chip Pan

    I got a nice deal on a Cuisinart vertical propane smoker and it's working out pretty good. My biggest issue is getting the chips to smoke.. it has a terrible combo chip/water pan (see picture) I don't put water in it.. just chips. But it seems to be to far from the flame and too small...
