What a Father's Day!
Well, I'm hooked. I put my butts on Saturday Night in the ole WSM and smoked them for 14 hours. At 8AM I put a beef brisket on the top shelf with the butts on the bottom shelf and cooked it until 2PM that afternoon, then I took it our and put it in tin foil and poured in my mopping sauce... -
I'm brand new....need you experienced folks to HELP!!! :)
I've got the opportunity to buy a brand new WSM 22.5 or a brand new Braunfels Super Longhorn Deluxe. What should be my choice and why. Please elaborate. The cost will be about the same for either. (400.00) Thanks, The Rookie!!
