Cold Smoking books
Anyone come across a good cold smoking cookbook? I know Jeff touches on it briefly in his book but cold smoking books seem to be few and far between. Im a bit old fashioned sometimes and prefer a book in hand instead of printed papers from the 'net. Any recommendations are much appreciated...- barflyngrill

MES 30.... again?? advice please...
Ok so I had a working MES30 that lasted less than 3 years. It died over T-Giving weekend. (story in a separate post) I tried the wiring fix but to no avail. Granted, the symptoms weren't the same on mine but I gave it a shot before I put a bullet in it. Anyway, I swore I would not buy another...- barflyngrill

MES 30 popping circuit; wont start up.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I woke up this morning ready to get the turkey breast in my MES 30 smoker. Tried to turn it on but its a no go. Every time I set the temp and time it tries to turn on but the GFCI outlet blows. I used the smoker a few weeks ago no problems. Even though Im in a brand...- barflyngrill
