Pre cook ribs day before finish oven or grill next day
I have to smoke alot of ribs for a cook out at our local legion. I usually cook ribs at 275 for about 4 hrs. To save time I was going to pre cook them the day before 275F for about 3 hours and make sure they are at least 165F IT. The next day I was going to finish them off either in an oven...- KMD
