Another my smoker died question
I put 2 10 lb Boston butts in my pellet smoker at 5:00 pm at 225. At 9:00 the fire was still going but when I woke up at 1:00 to check the fire was out and had been long enough to cool down. Got it going again in about 20 minutes. Temp is in the 80s outside. Am I safe to resume? Butts are bone...
