My First Butt w/Q-Vue
Ok, I started the smoker around 9 this morning, and so far so good. The attached pictures are pre-smoke and then around 4 hours in. Internal temps right now are 159 and the smoke chambers been between 220-260 so far. I just had to add my first replensihment of coals, so hat's off to the minion...- greatbigtuna

Got the Silver Smoker Together w/ Mods...
So I got my first smoker together today and did a few mods (thanks big time to this forum). I've got the Char-Broil Silver smoker.
