Help with 1st Pork Butt......12lbs!!
I was looking for some pointers on how to prepare a 12lbs pork butt for dinner on Sunday night. I just finnished rubing it down with Jeff's Rub. Wow did that rub taste good! Bravo Jeff! This is my first time using Jeff's Rub. I thinking it was money well spent. So....If some of you veterans...- brats-n-drahts

Great Deal on William Sonoma SS Rib Rack $10
Just thought I would pass along a good deal that I found. Was in Kansas City with the wife this weekend and found theses great heavy stainless steal rib racks for $10. I bought 2. They are online for $15. Thats still a pretty good deal. Just thought I would share...- brats-n-drahts

Newbie with the Smoking Addiction
I love this forum. A lot of great info. I am really new to smoking. I recently got 2 Traegers a Tex and a Lil' Tex. One for home and one for out here in the country. I live in SW Iowa and have a famliy farm that be like to go. I have really enjoyed smoking on these Traegers. I haven't goofed...- brats-n-drahts
