    Smoke Canyon mod?

    Has anyone done an electric or gas heat source mod to a smoke canyon vertical smoker with offset box? I am looking to use it exclusively for smoking sausage. I love the tall cabinet but not a fan of the manual heat monitoring.

    Smoker reccomendations please

    Looking for a smoker, mainly for summer sausage. I am currently using my RT590 and don't feel it goes low enough. Thinking electric but most reviews say they don't smoke enough below 250 degrees.
