    What cuts of meat are these?

    Hi I'm hoping someone can tell me what cuts of meat these are. They are the dark red long shaped pieces of meat. I highlighted it in the green box. Also, if someone knows the cut of beef in the second image, it will be helpful as well. Much appreciated.
