    Added a new lady to the group

    I found this smoker on Craigslist and couldn't pass it up. The wife gave me her blessing and I bought it on my way home from work today. Tell me what ya think of her. I don't have a name yet though.

    Starting a new build

    This is going to be my first attempt at building my own set-up. I saw this design and thought it looked pretty cool. I was wondering if anyone has used a rig with the smoking chamber and fire box arranged this way. Any input would be greatly appreciated on this. The link has a couple of pictures...

    Hello another Texan

    My name is Chad and I found this site last night. I enjoy smoking and grilling with friends. I have been doing it on and off for several years. I spend weekends with Sweethankys who posted earlier and we are fixing to take a shot at building a trailer rig.
