Multiple Pork Butts
Hey all, Next Saturday, I'm going to smoke a couple of pork butts, one 10lb. and one 9lb. for a birthday party. Both are bone-in and we are looking to eat around 5pm. Does the 60-90 minutes per pound apply for the total weight, 19lbs.? Or would I just go by the larger of the two? My smoker...- soundnvision

8-10 racks of baby backs - Newbie needs some advice!
Morning all! I'm new to the forums and have already read a bunch of great stuff! I have a pellet smoker I've been using for about 6 months, and want to do 8-10 racks of baby backs for my daughter's birthday in a few weeks. I ordered a rib rack that holds 8 racks.
