Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
Hey all, this is my first time doing boneless skinless chicken thighs and am wondering what the best way to grill them is. Should I roll them up and grill, or lay them flat and grill.- SEIYGE

Hey all! Started doing some smoking on a Weber kettle, then built myself a UDS. Got tired of the babysitting, so I got myself a Rec Tec last spring. Spend my weekends up at my camper in northern MN, so that's where I do most of my smoking.
