    Question on thermometer accuracy

    I just got a Maverick Wireless ET 732 thermometer for my birthday.  The probe inside the smoker registers about 50 degrees higher than the digital readout set on my Masterbuilt electric smoker.  Which do I believe?  Confusing-----

    Insulated blanket for MES 30

    Smoking some ribs now and can't keep the temp up to 230.  It's 15 degrees out and windy.  Who makes an insulated blanket that fits the 30? Thanks
