First cook MAK 1 star
I picked up my new MAK on Sunday but didn’t have a chance to use it until last night. I was very impressed with it to say the least. Started the tri tip on smoke mode for 30 minutes and it kept a solid temp of 175 the whole period. I then kicked it up to 450 for another 30 minutes. I wasn’t sure...- shanekuhl

Mak 1 star or Yoder YS 480
Hello, I am ready to make the next jump and purchase a better pit. I currently have gone through a few GMG's and would like something more commercial.
