    First full run

    After a little test and tune it was time for a full run. 245lbs of ham and bacon. Running good so far.

    Commercial fridge build

    Here's the start to my first fridge. I gutted the inside, built a framework from 1in angle iron, insulated with rock wool, lined inside with 14 gauge steel. I put a wall in the center so I can do 2 different cooks at once. This is how it looks so far.
