Boston Butt on Traeger with S,M,H 3 position controller
Posted this once already but it never showed up, so my apologies if this ends up posting twice: Anyways my first boston butt is in the traeger right now but the smoke temp only seems to hit about 170-185 max, but on Medium I am getting 250-270 with spikes to 300. What should I do differently...
