    Smoked some wings today

    Put some wings on the smoker today. They turned out not too bad I think.

    1st time baby backs on the smoker

    Decided to try some baby backs today on the smoker. Turned out pretty good. Just used a rub and didn't foil. 5 hours at 225. They were just right for not fall off the bone.
