    Hi name Peter live on a boat in Richmond B.C. Can.first mistake bought Masterbuilt smoker ,then rembered not aloud to have Bbq on docks ?So am hanging smoker from Gunnel of boat..Had Iittle Chief smoked a lot of salmon but could not smoke when cold ! Have purchased the book Smoking Meat sounds...
