picked up a 7 pound butt, here is my first post with pics.........rubbed with stubbs bbq rub, and smoked at 270 until falling apart (about 8 hours).... thanks for letting me hang out here.

Hi all, this is a wonderful forum, just got an MES 30 this week and did the 2-2-1 baby backs yesterday for the game. OMG were those good. Roll Tide and keep smoking.
