Beef Dino's on the backwoods!
My wife found some beef ribs on sale at Walmart and I've been dying to try out my new backwoods smoker. Overall they turned out good not a lot of meat on them but they were tender. I smoked them for 3 hours and then put them in a foil pan with beef stock and BBQ sauce for another 3 hours. -
Stick burning on a Backwoods?
Hello all I have a quick question. I was set on buying a stick burner, but found a great deal on a backwoods party. My question is would it be possible to do the pre-burn method and shovel the wood coals in when needed or should this only be used as charcoal only? Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving...- ahhobbs

Large Big green egg for sale or trade!

Bubba grills fat boy 120
Hello all I have found a bubba grills fat boy 120 for sale on Craigslist. Do any of you all have any experience with them or know anything about them? I have been set on getting a Lang 36 but I might be able to trade a big green egg for this one.- ahhobbs

Kbq c-60 vs traditional offset.
