First competition!
Done my first competition 2 weeks ago, had to cook chicken,ribs,butt, and brisket. There were 17 teams and I cooked on 2 uds. Getting it all done and turned in was my main goal. Got 7th in butt, 12th in brisket, 13th in chicken and 1st in ribs. It was a blast and pretty hard but I got my feet...- toxic q

My name is Shane, I'm from TN,and I cook under the name toxic q because I use uds smokers that I built. They have the old poison skull and bones painted on them, hence the toxic q name.
