Just got a used Okla Joe Highland
Paid 100 bucks for this. I know its not pretty but i dont care about that. Someone told me to paint it but I was afraid it would burn off. anything you guys can think i should do to "tune up" this thing? Also, is there normally a grate in the firebox? just trying to understand the best...- jaminator

Just got a used Okla Joe Highland
Got this for 100 bucks. Is there anything i should do to "tune up" this thing? Want to use it this weekend to burn some meat. I realize its not real pretty but i am not really concerned about appearance. I guess i could brillo the outside. Someone told me to paint it but that doesnt sound...- jaminator
