    Masterbuilt cold smoker attachment with pellets

    Can i use pellets in my cold smoker attatchment for my 30" masterbuilt smoker? Chips keep cl9gging in the chute and it doesnt seem like im getting the smoke out of it that i want vs, ising the pan in the smoker which i dont like using necause you have to refill all the time or you dont get smoke...

    Homemade stainless smoker

    I am looking to make a stainless smoker from scratch, my only question is what do I do for heating element and thermostat? I've read that you can use a PID controller and basically you wire your heating element to the controller and power to the PID?
