Cant get smoker hot enough
This is my first post, and my first time smoking. I have a Kingsford Water Smoker ( Model # SC 2032408-KF, if it matters). It has a thermometer on the top, and I've never been able to get it over 200 F (smoking today, and curing it when I bought it). Am I doing something wrong? I keep it...- cdspace
