Smoke Box Door (Wood loader)
I have a problem with it. On the chip loader it does not strop turning when it dumps the chips. And also you can pull it out without turning it to unlock. The tabs seem to be straight. What can I do to remedy this? Thx in aadvance- sheltbt

MES Temp probe question
How do you get a remote temp probe into the smoker? Just in the door and shut it (not worrying about the seal) or run it down thru the top vent? My MES 40 has a built-in temp probe but I have a very nice probe I have been using while grilliing for a few years and was going to see how close the...- sheltbt

Just bought a 40" MES Gen 2.5. I know absolutely nothing about smoking except for eating. With that being said I'm sure I will learn a lot just from ready here. Actually already have. Please be patient if I ask a lot of questions. Bruce
