    Hello everyone, my name is Jim.  I have been smoking for 8 years.  I like to do ribs and pork butts.  I use a Oklahoma Joe's Long Horn.  I only use wood (Stick burner).  I use 1 part Apple wood to 2 parts Hickory wood.  I make my own rubs.  I usually don't use a lot of sauce
