I've been searching to find a discussion on what Kosher salt everybody uses in dry rubs. AMNPS in MES 2.5 30"
I have a MES 30" smoker and I'm curious what is the best location for the AMNPS? I've tried it all the way at the bottom (where it just fits) and seems to go out on me every time. I've also placed on the rack just above the water pan. I can keep it going on the rack just above the water bowl...- kbrower11
