Hello everyone:) I'm new to Smokingmeatforums but not to bbq or smoking. I'm newly retired and live in Wichita Falls Texas. I have a New Braunfels super longhorn smoker and use it on a regular basis. I look forward to learning more about everyone's favorite hobby. :)
