    17 hours on one load of charcoal

    [IMG Loaded up the charcoal 3/4 of a bag, 10:45 am smoked a 20 lb turkey the took that off at 4:30 pm, then proceed to put 10 lb pork butt and a 5 pound brisket, took those off at 1 30 am.
