I only Vacumm seal 3 ounces in Vacumm sealed bags. And then we put in a different bag that sealed. It’s not all the bags that do it’s random. And we store in cool building with air conditioners and also on air tight totes.
I use ground beef 90/10 and I use curing salt. I dehydrate for 6to 8 hours. I let it cool on racks then I spray the stuff you mentioned and Vacumm seal bag it with a silica packet. How is mold still growing in Vacumm seal bag. Please help as I am at my whit ends lol.
