Well you can kinda see the smoke in the video. Used seasoned hickory and come to the conclusion that it was bad fire management more white smoke than tbs. first time with the offset so life and learn.
First try at smoking wings and using an offset smoker. Marinated in Italian dressing overnight then rotisserie chicken rub. Ran 200 most the time and then opened dampers to up the temp for the skin last half hour they just had an off taste either the marinade or bad fire management and bad smoke.
Have a mastetbuilt 40 with window messed up the windowseal so decided to take it out. Tired spray can foam melted around 175. Any ideas.
Have another piece inside with can foam in between but started running out.
OK been using the smoker and an amnps no problem right inside the garage door. But moved it outside and haven't mastered the vents evadently both times amnps caught fire. First time home was like 330* when noticed. Second thought I had it figured out ran to town and came back unit was beeping...
