    My Griddle Came Today

    That looks fantastic! I have been trying to find a griddle pan for my weber for a while now, sadly only option they sell here in Finland is the porcelain enameled cast iron one. Been using my Muurikka gas pan for griddle duty, but i want the smoke from a proper charcoal grill some days!

    Beef Cost is Unreal!

    Wish we saw those kind of prices here in Finland, brisket is not a domestic cut so what we get is imported. Right now only option i have locally is frozen/thawed Black Angus from Australia at 12 USD per LB out the door. Silver lining is that i don't have to worry about questionable safety...
