    So, I tried to smoke pheasant. I'm not used to cook small birds, so... I wrapped' em into tin foil, and lost control over temperature a little... But, it turned out better than expected.

    Hey everyone! I'm from San Antonio, TX, and I love grilling big time! It's nice to be in a community of meat-smokers! P.S. Here is a picture of beef rib with chipotle sauce I was smoking last weekend.
