My new toy! Peoria Custom Cookers 24x48 Backyard
Hello, north west Illinois here, just got my 24x48 backyard and did my first cook on it. I have the adjustable baffle in mine. I did have some trouble controlling temperature and getting it to hold. Any advice you have would be appreciated! Thanks- fcnich
