Hello Chris, thanks for the welcome. That's part of the problem - I call them, the CS Rep says "Oh, I don't know exactly why, except it is unsafe" When I press them for an answer I get the "supervisor will call you back". And no one ever does. I've called them four times, spoke with four...- Brewmeister

Hello from Vegas
Currently traveling and spending a few weeks in Vegas. Just yesterday we received our first ever smoker, a Traeger Ranger pellet grill. Called Traeger to register it, and Traeger says it not safe to use... So we are a bit disappointed to learn that. Any other Ranger Users?- Brewmeister
