No stink bugs luckily! Just a bunch of flys and a couple hungry wasps when I went to put the salmon in.

Most of them were staying out. But there were so many they knocked each other in. I've never seen so many in my backyard before. Strainer seems to be doing the trick.

Hey all, I'm smoking some candied salmon in a masterchef electric smoker and the flys and wasps are going nuts. I'm worried about them flying into the vent. Anybody got any tips for keeping the bugs away from the meat that doesn't involve me standing here shooting them away? Thanks in advance.
