    Hello from Florida

    Here is my first cook on the egg. Pork shoulder. I couldn’t wait out the stall due to surprise guests, she was finished in the oven till 203. I wasn’t crazy about the bark from the bge. Cooked with a water pan with water and apple cider vinegar. Taste was incredible though!!!
