Works well with just plain orange juice instead of tangelos, too. The orange/lime or tangerine/lime citrus combo with the sweetness from the maple and the spice from the rub is great on fish!- LRM2

1/2 cup maple syrup juice from 2 tangelos juice from 1/2 lime 1/4 cup Jeff's naked rub simmer until reduced to the thickness of the maple syrup Spoon on salmon while smoking and wait for the raves!- LRM2
