Been running a smoker the past 4 years. Started with very simple 18" propane unit just to be sure the results were edible and I enjoyed the experience. Two years ago I stepped up to a Rec Tec 680 pellet burner and I'm lovin' it. This is a great "sit it and forget it" solution. No concerns...
