Yep I,m the new guy
Howdy folks. Me and the missus live in SE NM which is pretty much just a desert. I have a Cajun Injector Smoker the kids got me for Christmas a few years ago and I finally trying to use it. Figured out pretty quick I need help. That's how I landed here. -

New to the site and new to smoking. Kids bought me a Cajun Injector a few years ago for Christmas and just got around to using yesterday. That is how I found this forum.
