New to smoker (came with the house)
No damper anywhere to be found. Firebox door is able to be opened in 1/8" increments as is the ash cleanup door on the back but no to the damper.- Noobinfl1984

New to smoker (came with the house)
I have never used a smoker before and this came with the house so my questions are what would be your recommended way of getting the fire and smoker box up to 225 degrees minimum and how would you maintain it. 18 x 18 Firebox and 3 foot by 4 foot smoker box- Noobinfl1984
